Arthritis is a Greek originated word and is used to determine the condition where a person suffers severely from joint pains of legs and hands. More over there are hundred different types of Arthritis and Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis and Septic Arthritis are the most commonly seen types. Person suffering from Arthritis can get pains of back, neck, hip, knee or feet and this pain occurs due to the inflammation around joints of the body. There are many symptoms shown by an Arthritis patient and here are some of the most commonly known to all of us:
- The infected person will feels lots of pain while working and he/she will be unable to move their bodies properly.
- Fever, Weight loss, poor sleeps is common signs shown by these patients.
- Muscle aches, Muscle weakness, Muscle Pains and loss of Flexibility are also included.
There is no permanent cure and only by taking proper medications we can overcome from several problems which come across due to this arthritis. Medications taken to cure this are helpful in reducing inflammations and also helpful in decreasing joint pains. However, there are some natural way to treat arthritis:

Its better to take foods which are very rich in Vitamins D and C and by these muscles become very strong and there are very less chances of getting affected by Arthritis.
- By experiencing many massage techniques and relaxation methods should be done to overcome from this Arthritis.
